Tragedy struck the set of “The Twilight Zone” when three actors were killed on the set due to an accident involving a helicopter while filming. The title Special Effects by Ron Labrecque covers the disaster of such a tragedy as well as the trial. The incident was captured on film therefore there wasn’t dispute on the immediate physical causation that caused these deaths.
